From time to time, egotistical tendencies are spotted among founders or executives of startups. For some reason, these people think that acting like a jerk elevates them to a Hustler or SICARIO status. Just because you have decided to start a company, that does not make you qualified or talented. Hustlers and SICARIOS advance their agendas by being unpredictable. You see an egomaniac coming from a mile away. Hustlers and SICARIOS, on the other hand, move stealthily and you don't see them coming until it's too late. You earn the right to act like a jerk only if you know your stuff. Never let your ego get ahead of your talents.
